What are the payment methods available at Beauty Lab Store?

1- Direct bank transfer:
You can transfer the invoice amount directly after confirming the order to the following bank account details:

After completing the transfer process, please send the transfer receipt to confirm receipt of the amount and approve it by customer support via WhatsApp No.:  0500669108

The process of confirming receipt of the amount takes up to 24 hours from transferring the amount if the account from which the transfer was issued was issued by the Saudi National Bank, but if the amount was transferred from another local account, the process of confirming the transfer may take from two to five working days, according to the banks’ policies.

Note: We do not currently have any account other than the account mentioned above 

In the event of a refund request: The amount will be returned to the bank account from which the amount was transferred, and the refund process takes up to 3 working days. As for the period of receiving the amount, it takes according to the bank to which it was transferred.

2- Cash on delivery (within Jeddah):
Either you collect the order from the factory located in the city of Jeddah, the third industrial city, or our delivery will reach you inside the city of Jeddah and deliver the order with the addition of a delivery fee of 40.25 riyals inclusive of tax, as we have two options for the payment method in both cases:

1- Cash on delivery
2- Payment via Mada device (network)

In the event of a refund request: The amount will be returned to a bank account that you provide to customer service, and the refund process takes up to 3 working days, while the period for receiving the amount takes according to the bank to which it is transferred.

3- Cash on delivery (outside Jeddah):
This service is provided by SMSA Shipping Company, with the additional fee for this service, which is 23 riyals, including tax, as the only method of payment is: cash payment

In the event of a refund request: The amount will be returned to a bank account that you provide to customer service, and the refund process takes up to 3 working days, while the period for receiving the amount takes according to the bank to which it is transferred.

4- Pay by Visa, Master Card, or an electronic link:
You can enter the visa or master card details and complete the payment process, as there are among the payment options after completing the order two options related to payment by visa or master card as follows:

1- Pay by Visa and MasterCard, as the page will take you directly to the payment gateway , after which you can enter the card details
2- A request to send an electronic link to your email or WhatsApp, as the link will lead you directly to the payment gateway, through which you can enter the card details

In the event of a refund request: The amount will be refunded to the same card account whose details were entered and paid through, and the refund process takes from 7 to 20 working days according to the banks’ policies and the payment gateway.

6- Payment via Tamara:
Tamara is a postpaid service with no fees on customers. You can buy any product and pay within 30 days or in 3 installments (one payment at the time of ordering and two payments over two months).

ماهي طرق الدفع المتوفرة لدى متجر بيتوتي لاب؟

1- التحويل البنكي المباشر:

بإمكانك تحويل قيمة الفاتورة مباشرة بعد تأكيد الطلب على بيانات الحساب البنكي التالي:

بعد إتمام عملية التحويل، يرجى منك إرسال إيصال عملية التحويل لتأكيد إستلام المبلغ وإعتماد الطلب إلى خدمة العملاء عبر الواتس اب رقم:  0500669108

تستغرق عملية تأكيد إستلام المبلغ 24 ساعة من تحويل المبلغ اذا كان الحساب المحول منه صادر من البنك الأهلي، أما إذا كان المبلغ تم تحويله من حساب محلي آخر قد تستغرق عملية تأكيد الحوالة من يومين إلى 5 أيام عمل حسب سياسات البنوك.

ملاحظة: لايوجد لدينا حالياً أي حساب آخر غير الحساب المذكور أعلاه

في حال طلب الإسترجاع: سيتم إسترجاع المبلغ على الحساب البنكي الذي تم تحويل المبلغ منه وتستغرق عملية الإسترجاع 3 أيام عمل، أما مدة إستلام المبلغ تستغرق حسب البنك المحول له.

2- الدفع عند الإستلام (داخل مدينة جدة):

أما أن تقوم بإستلام الطلب من مقر المصنع الواقع في مدينة جدة، المدينة الصناعية الثالثة، أو سيقوم مندوبنا داخل مدينة جدة بتوصيل الطلب مع إضافة رسوم التوصيل 40.25 ريال شامل الضريبة، حيث يوجد لدينا خيارين لطريقة الدفع في كلتا الحالتين:

1- الدفع نقدي

2- الدفع عن طريق جهاز مدى (ِشبكة)

في حال طلب الإسترجاع: سيتم إسترجاع المبلغ على حساب بنكي تقوم بتوفيره لخدمة العملاء وتستغرق عملية الإسترجاع 3 أيام عمل، أما مدة إستلام المبلغ تستغرق حسب البنك المحول له.

1- الدفع عن طريق الفيزا والماستر كارد حيث ستنقلك الصفحة إلى بوابة الدافع مباشرة وبعدها يمكنك إدخال بيانات البطاقة

2- طلب إرسال رابط إلكتروني على إيميلك أو على الواتس اب حيث أن الرابط سيقودك مباشرة على بوابة الدفع والتي من خلالها يمكنك إدخال بيانات البطاقة

في حال طلب الإسترجاع: سيتم إسترجاع المبلغ على نفس حساب البطاقة التي تم إدخال بياناتها والدفع عن طريقها، وتستغرق عملية الإسترجاع من 7 إلى 20 يوم عمل حسب سياسات البنوك وبوابة الدفع.
